My Story
I grew up near the foothills of the Colorado Rockies and have always felt most like myself outside—on a trail, around a campfire, or gathered with people I care about. Community has always been central to my life. After graduate school in Michigan, I made my way to Goleta in 2023 with my partner and our two cats. These days, when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, making something with my hands, or deep into a board game with friends. Art, laughter, and time with people I love keep me grounded. I bring my creativity and curiosity into therapy to create a space where we can think deeply, experiment gently, and grow at your pace.
