Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy services support youth within the full context of their lives. We treat not just the child, but the entire system of care including parents, caregivers, and trusted adults, because lasting change happens when everyone is supported.

Whether a young person is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, or neurodevelopmental differences, we provide coordinated, family-centered care. If you’re concerned about a youth in your life, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Using developmentally appropriate, play-based and skills-focused approaches, we help children build emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. We partner closely with parents to reinforce progress at home, because when a child feels understood and supported, growth follows.
