About the Role
We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Child/Adolescent specialization to join our outpatient clinic. The provider will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and collaborative care in coordination with therapists, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth.
Provide medication management and monitoring, including collaboration with families on treatment decisions.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (therapists, psychologists, intake coordinators, primary care providers).
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in our EHR (Ritten).
Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and care coordination.
Collaborate with schools, primary care, and community resources as appropriate.
Qualifications
Licensed Physician (MD/DO) in Psychiatry with board certification/eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry OR Licensed PMHNP with Child/Adolescent focus in California.
DEA registration and CURES enrollment (required).
Experience in outpatient child/adolescent psychiatry strongly preferred.
Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered, and evidence-based care.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse clinical team.
