Marianna Herzog, LCSW, MSW

Licensed Clinicial Social Worker

Marianna Herzog has work experience with severely mentally disabled, chemically dependent, and recovering individuals with co-occurring disorders. She has treated mood disorders, addiction, and trauma in hospital, adolescent residential, outpatient, and intensive outpatient facilities. Marianna is an EMDR therapist. She uses virtual eye movement desensitization reprocessing and many other treatment modalities to help the specific needs of the individual in their healing process.

Anxiety, stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, and trauma can be lessened with the use of EMDR. It helps a person view their disturbing experience in a new and less distressing way. EMDR can be quicker than talk therapy and it works on reducing the emotional charge of events.

She is here to be with you on your journey at OpenMinds and help you heal from challenges and painful times you have experienced and looks forward to connecting with you and hearing your journey.
