About Us

Meet Our Mental Health Specialists

Providing Comprehensive Mental Health Services

The OpenMinds Foundation is a nonprofit mental health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services for adolescents, families and young adults in the Santa Barbara Community. Our team of mental health specialists are committed to helping young people overcome their mental health challenges and lead fulfilling lives. We offer a range of services to meet the unique needs of each individual and their families, increasing the accessibility by accepting most private insurances. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health issues, we are here to help.

Services

Therapy Session

OpenMinds provides individual therapy through personalized one-on-one therapy sessions. These sessions involve evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, aiming to address their specific mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being.

Family Therapy

OpenMinds offers family therapy as a collaborative process with family members and their therapist. Through structured sessions, OpenMinds facilitates open communication, resolves conflicts, and helps family members understand each other's perspectives, fostering healthier dynamics and enhancing the overall functioning and relationships within the family unit.

Support Group Meeting

OpenMinds facilitates group therapy, where individuals with similar concerns participate in sessions led by trained therapists. These structured sessions provide a supportive environment to learn new coping strategies for managing difficulty feelings and improving relationships.
